Birthday Party 2009
At this point we are still having joint birthday parties for the kids. It just makes it easier to plan the party and for people to be able to come during the busy holiday season. This year American Girl was the theme for Britt. She got Kit from Chad and myself. Clay wanted a Chicago Bears cake (imagine that!?!?!!). I think everyone had fun and thankfully the weather was good for all the family to make it up from Rushville.
Upward Basketball 2009
Clay had his 1st basketball game on 1-3-09. Ellery is cheering for Upward so I had to get a few pics of her cheering Clay on! Like Tonya said this might be the only time Ellery gets to cheer for Clay since they go to different schools. One of Clay's friends is on his team so we got a picture of them as well.
Brittany played her 1st game the same day as Clay. One of Britt's best friends is on her team so here are some pics from Britt's game.
New Year's Eve 2008 & Clay turns "6" 1.1.09!!!!
With Britt having her tonsils/adnoids out on 12.26.08 we planned on a calm New Year's Eve this year. The Brumley family and Kyle came over. The guys played poker, the kids played wii, and Tina and I visited. Good food was had by all. It was a very nice New Year's Eve!
Clay was born 1-1-03 at 12:13 a.m. so every year we wait until 13 minutes into the new year to sing happy birthday to him. He feels like all the partying is for him!!! Clay is very excited to be more than 1 whole hand! Too funny!
Christmas Morning 2008 & Britt is officially "8"!!!!
Santa was very good to my children this year, he delivered a Wii system and the kids were thrilled! It was really fun to try to figure everything out. Mike and Sandi (with help from Uncle G)got Clay a camo Air Force outfit.

Rushville Christmas 2008
Christmas Eve in Rushville was a bit different this year. As of this year we have 2 very important ladies not celebrating with us-my Mom and my Grandma Christie. These ladies LOVED when we got together for Christmas and we all miss them dearly! We also had the addition of Baby Kennedy and from the all the pictures she was quite popular! Here are several pics from our celebration!
So pretty! This is the outfit that I bought Kennedy-Baby's 1st Christmas-hence the candy cane striping!
5 very anxious children waiting to open presents!
Grandma Christie had been working on State Quarter collections for all of us for 10 years. The last quarter came out after Grandma passed away. My Uncle Mike finished the collections off and gave them to us-16 collections total! Thanks Grandma!!!

Madi got a new scooter and Britt got some High School Musical jammies!
Papa holding the newest grandbaby! Morgan and Clay playing with Clay's new John Deere headsets!
Uncle Chad and Madi chillin out!
Papa Miller got a new coffee pot! Will he use it? We hope so!
We all went together and got Mary some Rachael Ray pots/pans. Her reaction was worth every penny!
We got Madi a makeup set. Can you tell she is a cheetah???
