The kids, mine + friend, obliged me by posing for these pics!  They did smile but I was really getting the "are we done yet?"  They just wanted to get in and buy some apples.

Prayer Request for Tina & Family

Just a little request to say a prayer for my dear friend Tina.  Tina lost her father to cancer yesterday.  The family will be traveling to the funeral which is states away.  Please pray for peace for Tina and safe travel.  My heart goes out to Tina!  Having lost my mom to cancer her loss hits me hard.  I am not going to pretend I know how she is feeling because I don't know how she is feeling.  I know how I was feeling.  My thoughts and prayers will be with Tina and her family over the next few days.

Uncle Roger and Mary's New Family Member September 2009

My Uncle Roger (I might have posted in the past about one of my fav men on this planet!) and Mary lost their beloved dog in September.  Within a few weeks they were able to adopt a new puppy!  Dickie III is 6 months old and very full of energy!  He has a soft, beautiful coat that the pics don't justify!  Congrats on the new family addition!!!!

Mike & Sandi's Remodel October 2009 UPDATE

Just a little update of the remodeling going on at my in-law's house-things are really coming along

this past week was spent hanging drywall

this is the wall that is being torn down between the kitchen and the addition to the kitchen

these drywall sheets are covering the hole that used to be patio doors;

I will post more pics soon because things are changing drastically!!!
